1. Service

BozonPay provides software-based cryptocurrency payment processing: invoice creation, a hosted checkout, deposit monitoring, merchant balance accounting, payouts and, where enabled, conversion through third-party liquidity providers.

2. Eligibility and verification

Merchants must complete business verification (KYB) and may be subject to KYC, anti-money-laundering and sanctions screening. Accounts may be refused, suspended or closed as required by law or by risk policy. See the AML / KYC disclosure.

3. Payments and finality

Payments are credited only after the network-specific confirmation or finality threshold. Transactions on public blockchains are irreversible; deposits sent on the wrong network or in unsupported assets may not be recoverable and are handled case by case.

4. Conversion

Conversion quotes depend on executable third-party liquidity and are not guaranteed until executed. Market reference prices are informational.

5. Fees

Fees are disclosed in the merchant dashboard and recorded in the merchant's ledger.

6. Acceptable use

Use of the service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. The Merchant Agreement and Refund Policy form part of these terms.
