Data we process

Merchant account data: business identity, contacts and verification records.
Payment data: invoice details, blockchain addresses and transaction identifiers (public by nature), and a customer email address if the merchant provides one.
Security data: sign-in events, IP addresses, the browsers an account has signed in from (to warn about new sign-ins) and audit trails.

Where it is processed

On infrastructure controlled by BozonPay. Blockchain data is read from the platform's node connections. Market data may be fetched from price providers; no customer personal data is sent to them. Account, payment and security emails are delivered through the email provider chosen by the operator, which receives the recipient address and the message.

Retention

Financial and audit records are kept for the period required by applicable record-keeping law; other data is deleted when no longer needed.
