Payments are final on-chain

Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed, and there are no chargebacks. A payment made through BozonPay can be returned only by sending a new transaction.

Who refunds

Refunds for goods or services are the responsibility of the merchant you bought from. Contact the merchant first; they decide whether a refund is due under their own terms.

How a refund is sent

The merchant sends the refund as a payout from their balance to an address you provide, on the network you specify. Check the address and network carefully: funds sent to a wrong address or network cannot be recovered.

Amounts and exchange rates

Whether a refund is calculated in the invoice currency (for example USD) or in the cryptocurrency you paid is set by the merchant's terms. Network fees for the refund transaction may apply.

Overpayments and late payments

If you paid more than the invoice amount, or paid after the invoice expired, the merchant is notified and handles the difference under their policy.
